The Role: Executive Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dedicated Female Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support . This is a critical, high-impact role that requires exceptional management, communication, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be a trustworthy professional who can act as the Designated Partner's right hand in managing both internal and external operations.

Key Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant's duties will be broad and varied, including:

I. Administrative and Operational Management
 * Team Coordination: Assist the Designated Partner in managing the day-to-day workflow of the team, including scheduling meetings, tracking deadlines, and ensuring effective communication channels.
 * Performance Reporting: Compile, analyze, and create detailed reports on team tasks, project progress, and overall operational performance for the Designated Partner’s review.
 * Document & Data Management: Maintain and organize confidential files, documents, and digital records efficiently.

II. Communication and Client/Government Liaison
 * Correspondence Management: Handle high-level client correspondence and communications with professionalism and discretion. Draft, review, and finalize emails, letters, and presentations.
 * Government Department Works: Assist in the preparation of necessary documentation, coordinate appointments, and facilitate timely follow-ups related to government department works and subsidy applications.
 * Meeting Management: Schedule, prepare materials for, and attend key internal and external meetings, accurately recording and distributing minutes of meeting (MOM) and tracking action items.

III. Travel and Logistics
 * Travel Arrangements: Efficiently manage and book all travel logistics, including flights, trains, local transport, and accommodation.
 * Travel Flexibility: Must be free for frequent and flexible travel to support the Designated Partner for work across key locations, primarily Gujarat, Mumbai, and Delhi.

Qualifications and Skills
 * Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior management, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
 * Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
 * Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and Gujarati (Hindi proficiency is a plus).
 * High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern collaboration tools.
 * Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise high levels of discretion and integrity.
 * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently, anticipating the needs of the Designated Partner.
 * Must be reliable, professional, and possess a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
